Failure
Every care is taken at every stage of the photographic process. In the unlikely event of camera, data, process or material failure, no responsibility can be accepted for any losses, however incurred, beyond a full refund of the original purchase price.

Permanence
All photographs supplied are produced to highest standards, using best quality materials and processing techniques however all colour photographs will fade in time, particularly if left in bright sunlight and not protected. David Langley Photography cannot accept responsibility for this gradual fading.

General liability
Langley Photography reserve the right to substitute or amend package deals to include items of at least equal value.

Prices
Prices remain valid at the time of booking. £100 deposit required at time of booking, a non-refundable balance is required three weeks prior to your wedding.
